How will the session take place?
The session will take place virtually. Our standard is Zoom. However, if you require / prefer a different platform that is also feasible.
What will we cover in the session?
That is really up to you! The session is fully tailored towards you. In general, we will first explore your current topic. Then Lars will work with you to explore different options, tools and ideas. You will leave with a concrete plan for your problem/focus area.
Does Lars just ask questions?
Questions are a powerful tool of coaching. However, Lars Sudmann sees his role broader than just asking question: he will give feedback, ideas, thoughts, tools and more.

This is a low-threshold session with Lars which also requires setup & administration from us. Once the session has taken place it is therefore unfortunately not possible to get a refund.
